Set guardrails

Rate limits, spend ceiling, and the panic stop — three defences that every trip is receipted.

Settings → Policy thresholds — per-tool and per-agent call caps (per-minute and per-day). Trips are receipted.

Settings → Spend ceiling — daily USD budget. Warning at 70%; 100% engages the kill switch.

Audit → Export — signed bundle of the ledger. Turn on auto-export for local bundles after settings changes.

Emergency: press Esc three times in under a second to engage the global kill switch (10-second Undo toast).
