Set guardrails

Rate limits, spend ceiling, and the panic stop — three defences that every trip is receipted.

Settings → Policy thresholds — per-tool and per-agent call caps (per-minute and per-day). Trips are receipted.

Settings → Spend ceiling — daily USD budget. Warning at 70%; 100% engages the kill switch. Client-enforced and non-atomic: not a hard cap.

Audit → AVAR bundle — device-signed export of your run history, verifiable offline in the browser verifier. Settings-ledger auto-export is opt-in from the backup reminder.

Emergency: press Esc three times in under a second to engage the global kill switch (10-second Undo toast).
