Aarmos is infrastructure. Infrastructure is priced around the value it delivers, not the number of people using it. The principles below shape every pricing decision we make, and the ones we deliberately defer.

Current pricing principles

Meaningful evaluation stays accessible.
Evaluation access requires approval. Approval creates the workspace and starts a 30-day period that is currently offered at no charge and requires no card. Pricing and included capacity may evolve as the product does.

Evaluation is bounded and explicit.
The 30-day evaluation begins only after access approval creates the workspace. Its capabilities and limits may evolve. Already exported supported evidence remains independently verifiable with the required artifact and supplied trust root.

Collaboration is paid.
Team packages shared evidence, observations, and governance-change history for organizations working together.

No seat pricing. No token metering. No per-agent fees.
Governance value does not scale with headcount, prompt volume, or agent count. Tying our revenue to someone else's API bill would make us adversarial to our own customers.

Shared policy and continuous operational improvement belong on an engineering-infrastructure line item — not a per-seat SaaS bill. $99/month, including one workspace and up to 25 members, reflects that: it tracks organizations, not activity or workspace count. Enterprise pricing stays consultative because it's shaped by identity, evidence retention, and the boundary you want to own.
